Welcome to Voice Drop Labs. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and communication software. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be legally bound by these terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
Voice Drop Labs provides AI-powered voicemail and messaging services that allow users to generate personalized audio, upload contact lists, and send voicemail or SMS communications using telecommunication partners. The platform is intended for business-to-business and professional communication purposes.
To use Voice Drop Labs, you must be at least 18 years of age, capable of entering into binding agreements, and using the platform in compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all actions performed through your account.
You are responsible for all content you upload, including scripts, audio files, contact lists, and voice samples. By uploading information, you confirm you have the lawful right to use that data and to contact the individuals included. We do not provide contact lists. You may not upload purchased, scraped, or unauthorized contact databases. All messaging and voicemail campaigns you send through the platform are your responsibility.
If you choose to clone your voice or upload audio, you authorize us to use the sample solely to generate messages for your account. Your voice data will never be used for anyone else or for training unrelated AI systems. You may request removal of your voice model at any time. Uploading another person’s voice without their written permission is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
You agree to comply with all telecommunication and privacy laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), FCC rules, carrier rules, CAN-SPAM, CTIA guidelines, and relevant state and international privacy requirements. This includes ensuring proper consent exists before contacting any recipient. You are responsible for honoring opt-out requests, maintaining proof of consent when applicable, and using the platform for lawful purposes only. Voice Drop Labs may request verification of compliance and suspend accounts that misuse the platform.
If you provide your mobile number, you consent to receive service notifications and support-related text messages. Optional promotional texts are sent only with your consent. Message frequency varies and standard carrier charges may apply. You may opt out of messaging at any time by replying “STOP.” A confirmation message will be sent and no further messages will follow unless you opt back in. Carrier networks are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Reply “HELP” or contact info@voicedroplabs.com for assistance.
Voice Drop Labs must not be used to send spam, fraudulent messages, harassing content, misleading outreach, illegal offers, or communications that lack proper consent. Activities designed to manipulate caller identity, evade carrier rules, exploit telephony systems, or abuse messaging networks are prohibited. Any attempt to interfere with platform security or functionality will result in account termination.
Our platform uses cookies and similar technologies to operate efficiently, personalize user experience, monitor performance, and improve system reliability. By using the service, you consent to our use of cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though functionality may be affected.
We employ commercially reasonable safeguards, including encrypted data storage and secure access control, to protect uploaded data, contact information, and voice files. While we take strong measures to maintain security, no method of electronic storage or transmission is guaranteed to be free from risk. In the event of a data-related concern, we will take appropriate steps consistent with legal requirements.
We process user data to deliver services, support accounts, improve platform features, and comply with regulations. If required by law, we may retain certain data after account closure.
Voice Drop Labs operates on recurring subscription billing. You authorize recurring charges to the payment method you provide. Plans renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time within your account dashboard and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Because access to the software and voicemail delivery infrastructure is granted immediately, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you upgrade or downgrade, prorated adjustments may apply depending on usage.
We strive to maintain consistent service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, message delivery success, or specific business outcomes. Telecommunications providers, carriers, and network infrastructure may affect message routing and performance. We may update, suspend, enhance, or modify the platform at any time to improve stability and functionality.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, engage in unlawful behavior, harm other users, or present operational or legal risk. You may close your account at any time; however, certain data may be retained as required for compliance or fraud prevention purposes.
Voice Drop Labs is provided “as-is” and “as-available.” We make no guarantees regarding delivery rates, conversion rates, or specific performance outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect damages, lost business, lost profits, or data loss. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in courts located in California unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect product improvements, legal changes, or industry requirements. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
