Thank you for choosing Voice Drop Labs. We appreciate your business and are committed to providing a reliable, high-quality voicemail automation service. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued and how refund requests are processed for our subscription plans and service usage.

Subscription Payments

Voice Drop Labs operates on a subscription-based model. All subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, including both monthly and yearly plans. Once a payment has been processed, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard, and access will continue until the paid billing period ends.

No Refund for Partial Usage

Refunds are not issued for partial billing periods, unused message credits, or periods where the platform was not actively used. Customers are responsible for maintaining or canceling their subscription prior to the renewal date.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only in limited situations, such as:

  • Accidental duplicate charges
  • Billing system errors
  • Verified service disruption preventing voicemail delivery for more than 72 consecutive hours

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@voicedroplabs.com within 7 days of the original charge. Requests received after this timeframe may not be eligible.

Free Trials and Promotional Offers

If a free trial or promotional plan is offered, access will continue automatically unless canceled prior to renewal. Refunds are not provided for promotional or discounted plans.

Cancellations

To cancel service:

  1. Log in to your Voice Drop Labs account
  2. Go to Billing settings
  3. Select Cancel Subscription

Canceling your plan stops future billing but does not provide refunds for previous charges.

Message Credits

Message credits included in subscription plans or purchased as add-ons:

  • Are non-refundable
  • Do not convert to cash value
  • May have expiration periods depending on plan type
Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated with a bank or financial institution, the user account may be paused during review. Repeated chargebacks may result in permanent account closure.
