This section governs our optional text messaging program for account and service communications.
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, Voice Drop Labs may send you SMS messages related to account notices, security alerts, onboarding and support, product updates, and—if you consent—occasional promotional messages. Message frequency varies based on your interactions.
You will only receive marketing or promotional SMS if you give clear consent (for example, checking an opt-in box on a form or texting a join keyword where available). Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can still use our services without receiving marketing texts.
