3. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–7 business days. Delivery times may vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout. Rush Designs is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

4. Returns and Refunds

Because all of our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos and additional details before issuing a replacement or refund.

All content on this website—including but not limited to text, images, designs, graphics, logos, and branding—is the property of Rush Designs and protected under intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

When you submit your own artwork or design, you confirm that you have the legal right to use and reproduce it. Rush Designs is not responsible for any copyright infringement or legal issues related to user-submitted content.
