Orders and Returns Policy

Here at Rush Designs every order is made just for you—custom, personal, and printed with care. Because of the unique nature of our products, we’ve outlined our order and return policies below to ensure a smooth experience from checkout to delivery.

Placing an Order

  • Custom Orders Only: All items are made to order. Be sure to double-check your design, sizing, and order details before completing checkout.
  • Order Confirmation: After your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order summary. If anything looks off, contact us as soon as possible—we may be able to make changes if production hasn’t started.
  • Production Time: Most orders are processed and printed within 5–7 business days. Larger or more complex orders may take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you in the loop.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping Times: Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email.
  • Delays: While we work hard to meet every deadline, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or incorrect delivery information.

Returns & Exchanges

Because all products are custom printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a defect or an error on our part.

If There’s an Issue with Your Order

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or not as ordered, we’ll make it right. Please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a clear photo of the product.
  3. Our team will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Please note: We do not offer returns or refunds for customer errors such as incorrect sizing, typos in approved artwork, or design changes requested after production has begun.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement, as long as production hasn’t started. After that, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations
